Viewers
want to be dazzled with the reality of their world and the “good”
news of what is being done in the new technologies to make their lives
better and better. Each show will feature substantial stories of
astonishing technologies and the people who developed them. The series
will focus on the most recent and important technologies: those that are
changing our lives right now . The
series will make extensive use of guest scientists and developers,
location production, digital animation, a vibrant soundtrack and a tight
and aggressive editing format that will keep young viewers interested in
the subject, while not alienating others. Remember, our goals are to be delightful
and watchable. The
series will touch into areas of Lasers and optics, space flight and
aeronautics, transportation, technology behind the theme parks, digital
media, chemistry, agriculture, bio-tech and medicine, commerce, creating
new high tech companies and futurist projections. The first program on TECHNOLOGY ! involves the relevance between research and our daily lives. Others find meaning in critical breakthrough technologies such as lasers, bio-tech, and nano-tech; and in other projects and developments, such as how theme park rides show new uses for simulation. A goal will be to have viewers intrigued by stories and cause them to say, "I didn't know that." On every program, the producers will show exciting new visions of what high technology is and can be.
